Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you use this website or book an AI audit with us. Paid work is covered by a separate client agreement, which we provide when work begins.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Composed Agents Ltd, trading as Composed Agents (“Composed Agents”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website or booking an AI audit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our website and services are intended for businesses. By booking an audit, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and have authority to do so.
3. Using this website
You must not:
- Use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it runs.
- Scrape, copy or extract content from the website using automated tools without our written permission.
- Submit false information or impersonate anyone else.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
4. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the content on this website, including its text, design, graphics, videos and logos. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, reuse or adapt it without our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.
5. Booking an AI audit
An AI audit is a deep investigation into your business to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions. We share our findings with you in a written report.
- We may decline a booking, for example if our services are unlikely to be a good fit for your business. Either of us may reschedule or cancel an audit.
- Booking an audit does not oblige you to buy anything from us, or oblige us to carry out any further work.
- You agree to give us accurate information, and you confirm that you are allowed to share it with us.
- You keep your report and may use it in your business whether or not you go on to work with us. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates and tools.
6. Confidentiality
Everything you share with us during an audit, and the findings in your report, are confidential. We will use this information only to carry out the audit and prepare your report, and to discuss the results with you. We will not disclose it to anyone else, except to staff, contractors and service providers who need it for the audit and must keep it confidential.
This does not apply to information that is already public, that we already lawfully held, or that we lawfully receive from someone else. We may also disclose information where the law, a court or a regulator requires it.
These obligations continue after the audit ends, whether or not you go on to work with us. The contact details you enter into our booking form are covered by our privacy policy.
7. Booking messages
If you book a meeting, we may send you reminders about it by email and text message (SMS). The number of messages depends on your booking, and message and data rates may apply. To stop text reminders, reply STOP to any text or email us.
8. Paid work
Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept to form a contract. Any paid work is governed by a separate client agreement, which we provide when work begins. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the client agreement takes priority.
9. AI and professional advice
AI systems can make mistakes. You should have a suitable person check anything AI produces before you rely on it.
The content of this website and our audit reports is general business information based on what we can see and what you tell us. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
10. Third-party services
This website links to, and relies on, services run by other companies, such as Cal.com for bookings. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.
11. Your privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data.
12. No warranty for this website
We provide this website “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, secure, up to date or uninterrupted.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this website, an AI audit or your reliance on anything in them. Liability for paid work is governed by your client agreement.
14. General
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
- Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
- These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about your use of this website and any AI audit.
15. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and they apply from that date.
